I needed a sink in my garage installed... called, within 2 hrs, a technician was here with his free estimate... it was a little more expensive than I had hoped, however, I have learned "you get what you pay for"... so I said, "OK, when can you install it?"... two hours later, I had a sink installed by a couple of pros... shout out to Tabor Feasel and Jeremy Gilliam... Winters Plumbing better hang on to those two technicians... they're good.

I purchased a faucet over a year ago and just recently (finally) had it installed. The communication with Winter's Plumbing was impressive from start to finish. Every detail was thoroughly covered. The tech was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. This happened during those couple of deep-freeze days a few months ago and, as luck would have it, my pipes were frozen. He installed my new faucet and instructed me what to do until the pipes thawed. Voila, a day later I had a perfect stream of water running through my beautiful new faucet. Ryan came out to extend a gas line for my grill, and from start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. The pricing was very fair for the work completed, and the quality of service exceeded expectations. What really stood out was the attention to detail and care he took inside my home. He wore shoe covers the entire time, which I always appreciate. Even though the job was specifically for the gas line, he went the extra mile—after shutting off the gas, he made sure everything in the house was fully operational before leaving, including checking on my water heaters. That level of diligence and pride in his work is rare. Overall, fantastic service, fair pricing, and a true professional. I had an emergency with a leak. I called and was given a time frame of 8–10 PM the same day. They finished other calls ahead of schedule and were able to get to me around 6 PM. Other places I called couldn’t get to me that Saturday and I was told Monday was the earliest. The technician that came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Winters Plumbing enough. We are new homeowners and had frozen pipes. While we debated letting things thaw naturally, I decided to call a plumber. Winters was my second call at 6:30 on a Monday evening, and I had a call less than 30 minutes later that a plumber was on the way! Tabor was friendly and a straight shooter. He was quickly able to ID the problem and give us a range of options to fix it—even when one was to let us try to fix it ourselves. I'm so glad we didn't go with that option because he was able to get us water back. He also identified that our water softener was damaged and saved us potentially thousands of dollars of damage. I appreciated how he wasn't just reactive to our situation, but proactive in suggesting solutions that will help our home long term. I am so glad I called Winters Plumbing!

Had an unexpected pipe leak, and after waiting from 5:15 pm to 9:55 pm for Roto-Rooter to show and then being sent a text telling me they were putting me off till the next day, I found Winters Plumbing online and called them to see if they would send someone out that late to fix the leak, which had gotten way worse over the hours I waited for Roto-Rooter. In about 10 minutes a service person from Winters stopped by and fixed everything that was wrong. His name is Ryan. He was so knowledgeable and professional and fixed everything within an hour. I thought his price was reasonable as well. I have been taken to the cleaners with other plumbers I have hired over the last year, so it was really refreshing to finally get a plumber who did everything right. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to everyone who is in need of an excellent plumber. Thanks, Winters, for restoring my trust.
